IPFW Students for Life will be taking a bus of 50 students to the March for Life in Washington D.C. this January and extending opportunities for a weeklong pro-life apologetic bus trip over spring break.

ā€œIā€™m excited to be able to go this year because I will be able to join with hundreds of thousands of other young people in taking a stand for life,ā€ said Marie Langford, an electrical engineering major at IPFW.

The March for Life is an annual event that marks the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

The trip will last from Jan. 21 to Jan. 24 and the price will be between $75 and $125 (the group petitioned IPSGA for funding on Dec. 5) according to Adam Corral, president of the group.

The other trip, the Justice Ride, is a week-long pro-life training program that aims to teach youth how to reach out and start conversations about abortion and discuss the issue.

The trip coincides with Spring Break. Students will take a bus to various Florida universities to start discussions on life issues.

IPFW student, Josh Bertsch, is the main coordinator for this trip.

There is a fee reduction of $50 if people sign up before Dec. 16, thus it will only be $225 (including travel, food and lodging).
