Where to get a Thanksgiving Meal

Many Fort Wayne restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving day, but for those looking to eat dinner out, some restaurants are serving up holiday feasts!


Granite City


Granite City will be serving up a three-course family-style meal Thanksgiving day 11 a.m. -8 pm. Guests will first receive a garden salad with balsamic dressing along with a biscuit. The main entrée will include sliced turkey breast along with the option of either salmon or short ribs. Side dishes include macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry salad and more with pumpkin pie, apple pie and pecan bars as dessert choices. The cost for the meal is $24.95 per person, $8.95 for children ages 7-12 and free for children 6 and under. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 260-471-3030 or at opentable.com.


Lakeside Cafe


Situated right of Coliseum Blvd., Lakeside Cafe serves up a Thanksgiving dinner every year 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. The meal includes choice of roast chicken with dressing, roast turkey with dressing or glazed ham. All dinners include green beans, rolls, mashed or sweet potatoes, drinks and a dessert with a choice between pumpkin or pecan pie. Prices are $7.99 for adults and $6.99 for children. Tuscanos Brazilian Grill


Tuscanos offers a unique blend of South American and European cultures, and their Brazilian tradition of grilling, or Churrasco will be served up this Thanksgiving 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. In addition to their traditional dish, Tuscanos’ Thanksgiving feast will include grilled and fried turkey, all-you-can-eat center-cut sirloin, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, seasoned stuffing, candied yams, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and their famous chocolate cake or pumpkin pie. The cost for the feast is $29.95 per adult, $11.95 per child ages 7-12, and free for children under 7. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 260-436-4433. Don  Hall©s Triangle Park


A traditional Thanksgiving day dinner including turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry salad and more will be served 11 a.m. – 3 pm. At Don Hall’s Triangle Park. In addition to this menu option, diners can choose between a variety of other choices, such as fillet, New York stip, fish and bacon lobster. Don Hall©s Guesthouse Grille


Similar to their Triangle Park restaurant, Don Hall’s Guesthouse Grille will serve a Thanksgiving meal Nov. 23 10:30 am. – 3 p.m. This year’s menu includes hickory ham, roasted turkey, slow roasted prime rib, herb stuffing with home-style gravy, green beans with mushroom cream, potato supreme casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, gourmet salads, assorted fruits and vegetables, sweet corn casserole, mashed sweet potatoes with candied pecans and assorted desserts. The cost is $24.95 for adults and $7.95 for children ages 3-10. This price includes one beverage with free refills on soda, ice tea and coffee. Red River



Located in the Ramada Plaza Fort Wayne Hotel & Conference Center, the Red River Steakhouse prides itself on being a “great place to meet and socialize with friends, family and business associates.” This Thanksgiving the restaurant will offer a special Thanksgiving lunch 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., featuring a carving station, chef features, breakfast items, chilled culinary buffet, and dessert table. The cost for the meal is $26.95 per adult, $24.95 for seniors, $15.95 for children ages 5-12 and free for children ages 4 and under.
