Women’s Soccer Team Defeated 4-0

IPFW women’s soccer had a rough game against the Butler Bulldogs. Three of the four goals from Butler came in the first half of the game. The first goal came at the 14 minute mark. Five minutes later the second goal scored for the Bulldogs, at the 35 minute, Butler scored again to finish the half.

The fourth goal of the game came just 10 minutes into the second half. Keeper for the Mastodons Sam Pavlika had five saves while Kiley Dunning, who came in for Pavlika with 23 minutes left of the game had nine saves.

Butler had 25 shots and IPFW had four for the game.

Friday, Sept. 12 the team will face Valporaiso at 7 p.m. at Hefner fields. Admission is free for students with ID.
